What is Reclassifying and
how can RE Learn Academy help?

Reclassify Homeschool Instruction is a term used to describe the process of officially recognizing homeschooling as a form of private schooling. This typically involves filing paperwork with the local school district or state education department to declare your homeschooling program as a private school and meeting any legal requirements for homeschooling in your state.

Reclassifying your child can give you greater autonomy and flexibility.  It gives the parent

the choice to design and tailor their child's education based on their specific needs.

We are in the process of setting up a program to offer guidance and support for families interested in reclassifying their child, including information on state requirements and assistance with necessary paperwork. We believe every family should have the freedom to choose what is best for their child.  Reclassifying homeschool instruction is one important step toward achieving that goal.
